Swap Till You Drop

On August 6th 2009 fashion conscious women will have the opportunity to upgrade and improve their wardrobes without breaking the bank. The current recession our country is faced with has caused people to save every penny, tighten their belts, and feel the pinch. The Frock Swap, taking place August 6th at the Sears Gallery of Elgin Academy, will allow fashionable women to swap and shop for a variety styles including prom dresses, casual wear, business attire, shoes, and fashions for all four seasons. The following guidelines will help educate interested parties on how to fully participate in this great event.
